Private Policy
Chappyshelp.com holds your privacy in its highest regard. Your personal data will never be misused or abused in any way. Chappyshelp.com collects information from the application that you fill out and uses it solely for the purpose of processing your micro loan. We use your information that you provide to verify your identity and your checking account information in order to approve or deny your application. Chappyshelp.com does not do credit checks on their applicants. So, your credit information remains safe.
Chappyshelp.com will never sell, refer or provide your personal data to anyone at any time. Your personal data is solely used to process your application by chappyshelp.com.
If you are approved for a micro loan, your personal information will be kept by chappyshelp.com for a minimum of two years for the sole purpose of tax reasons. You have a guarantee from chappyshelp.com that all of your personal information will be kept private and confidential at all times.
Terms & Conditions
* All approved micro loans from chappyshelp.com are considered binding between the applicant and chappyshelp.com
* All applicants must completely fill out the application form to be considered for a micro loan. Failure to do so will result in the denial of your micro loan.
* You the applicant cannot cancel or recieve a refund of payments once your check has been mailed to your home in the amount of $100.00 and if you may or may not have made any payments.
* All information provided to chappyshelp.com on the application must match your account information in your checking account. Also, make certain to provide your designated email address.
* All information provided to chappyshelp.com will be verified for the sole purpose of verifying your identity and checking account in order to process your micro loan.
* There is a cancel/opt out button on the bottom of the application page. You can choose that option before your application is submitted.
* All communications and transactions are done online at this time. This may change in the future.
* If you would like to pay your micro loan off early, you will go to the Contact form and fill it out with the exact date and amount that you are going to pay with your checking account. This must be done in wring on the contact form and atleast 10 business days prior to your next payment date.
* You will recieve detailed emails about each of your transactions with chappyshelp.com
* You may have a maximum of 3 micro loans at any one time.
* Chappyshelp.com is a private micro loan lender. It is only to be used for that sole purpose.
* You will not copy or appear to be a representative of chappyshelp.com at any time.
* All of your personal data and communications will be kept in the strictest confidence at all times.
* Intentionally providing false information to chappyshelp.com is a crime and will not be tolerated. There is a zero tolerance policy in that respect.
* Chappyshelp.com will appear on your checking account statement if approved for a micro loan.
* Any charges that chappyshelp.com incurs as a result of NSF are your responsibility. These charges will be added on to your total balance owed to chappyshelp.com
* You must inform chappyshelp.com of any changes that are relevant to your micro loan such as a change in your checking account, home address and/or email address. You can use the contact form for that purpose.
* You must keep your designated checking account that you provided to chappyshelp.com open and active until you have finished making your 4 monthly payments to chappyshelp.com
* If you default on the micro loan, your account will be forwarded to a collections agency.
Opt out/refund policy
When you click on the Apply button it will take you to the application page. At that time you can fill out the application and accept all of the terms or you can choose not to by canceling the application. If you choose not to apply than all you need to do is click on the cancelation button at the bottom of the page and your account will be terminated immediately.
You cannot cancel or request a refund of the micro loan after it has been approved and credited and mailed to your home address.
If you cancel your payments to chappyshelp.com you must use the contact form to notify chappyshelp.com of your cancelation of automatic debit payments and make arrangements to pay the balance in full from your checking account to chappyshelp.com
Also, in the event that you are 30 days or more late with a payment you will automatically incur a $20.00 late fee added to your repayment balance.
